The CON2000-701 Basic Controller replaces the obsolete Bailey 701 basic controller while retaining the functions of the Bailey module, and is available in a Nuclear Qualified model.
The CON2000-701 is used to control a process variable at a desired value that is set on a local set-point scale or determined by a cascade set-point signal. The CON2000-701 output controls a final control element such as a valve actuator, and is furnished either as a two-mode (proportional and reset), or three-mode (proportional, reset, and rate) model.

- Type 721 or 781 control units
- Type 782 proportional units
- Type 722 manual units
- Type 723 proportional and delay units
- Type 724 logic units
The UTS2000-720 is designed for mounting on control panels and consoles, and has the required operator adjustment controls, indicators, switches, and status lamps. Electrical connections are made through plug and cable assemblies at the rear of the station, before the station is installed from the front of the panel or console.

The BLC2000-721 Blind Controller replaces the obsolete Bailey 721 controller module, while retaining the identical functions of the Bailey module.
The BLC2000-721 Controller is used to control process variables at desired values as determined by set-point values. Provisions are included which allow the Controller to accept an externally generated “error” signal instead of an internally generated error signal, where the “error” is the difference between process variable and set-point. The BLC2000-721 can be furnished as a two-mode module (Proportional plus Reset), or as a three-mode module (Proportional plus Reset plus Rate).

The MAN2000-722 Manual Unit replaces the obsolete Bailey Type 722 manual module while retaining the identical functions of the Bailey module, and is available in a Nuclear Qualified model.
The MAN2000-722 performs the functions of the manual portion of a standard controller. The output of
1 to 5 V or 4 to 20 mA is controlled by a tracking input, up-down push buttons, or computer-actuated contact closures. The primary function of the MAN200-722 is to facilitate “bumpless” transfer from automatic control to manual control, or vice-versa.

The LOG2000-724 Logic Unit replaces the obsolete Bailey Type 724 logic unit while retaining the functions of the Bailey unit.
The LOG2000-724 is a solid-state switching circuit that provides the switching voltages required to control load transfer and tracking functions of the Bailey Type 721 controller, Type 722 manual unit, Type 723 proportional and delay unit, and Type 720 utility station. The LOG2000-724 is supplied with two relays to provide isolated contacts for system control circuits.

The MIL2000-7401 Millivolt Converter replaces the obsolete Bailey Type 7401 millivolt converter while retaining the functions of the Bailey converter, and is available in a Nuclear Qualified model.
The MIL2000-7401 converts a millivolt or thermocouple input signal to an output signal of: 1 to 5 V dc;
± 10 V dc; or 4 to 20 mA. Output signal selection is done via circuit board jumpers. The MIL2000-7401 is designed for use with thermocouples or other sensors that have a millivolt output. The front panel contains adjustments for zero and span, and test jacks for measuring the output signal.

The RTD2000-7403 Resistance Temperature Detectors (RTD) Converter replaces the obsolete Bailey Type 7403 RTD converter while retaining the functions of the Bailey converter, and is available in a Nuclear Qualified model.
The RTD2000-7403 converts resistance input signals to various dc output signals:1 to 5 V dc; ± 10 V dc;
or 4 to 20 mA. Standard input to output isolation is 127 V RMS, 287 V dc. Output signal selection is performed by user-selectable jumpers. The RTD2000-7403 is used with RTDs or other sensors which have a resistance output. The front panel contains adjustments for zero and span, and test jacks for measuring the output signal.

The SDA/DDA2000-744 Single/Dual Difference Alarm replaces the obsolete Bailey Type 744 single/dual difference alarm while retaining the functions of the Bailey module.
The SDA2000-744 Single Difference Alarm can perform one of ten alarm functions using one or two input signals and an alarm point setting. The DDA2000-744 Dual Difference Alarm contains two alarms, each capable of performing one of ten alarm functions identical to those in the single alarm.
Properly-set jumpers allow alarm input to be compared to the alarm point setting as required by the alarm function. Comparison is made in a voltage sensitive, solid-state comparator. In an alarm state this comparator de-energizes an integral electro-mechanical relay. Alarm point settings are adjustable from the front panel and cover a range from 0 V to over 5 V.

The SAM/DAM2000-745 Single/Dual Alarm replaces the obsolete Bailey Type 745 alarm while retaining the functions of the Bailey module.
The SAM2000-745 Single Alarm may be a high or low alarm. The DAM2000-745 Dual Alarm has two reference signals with the same input signal, and may be used to affect: a high and a low alarm; two levels of high alarm, or two levels of low alarm. A voltage sensitive solid-state comparator is used in these alarm units to energize or de-energize an integral electro-mechanical relay when an input signal of 1 to 5 V dc exceeds or falls below a preset alarm-point value. The alarm points are continuously adjustable over the input range from the front of the unit

The SLM/DLM2000-746 Single/Dual Signal Limiter replaces the obsolete Bailey Type 746 signal limiter while retaining the functions of the Bailey module.
The SLM/DLM2000-746 accepts a 1 to 5 V dc input signal and provides an output signal of 1 to 5 V dc that will not exceed a pre-selected high limit, nor fall below a pre-selected low limit, regardless of input signal magnitude.
The Single Signal Limiter can be set to provide either a high limit or a low limit, and can also be used as a signal source by referencing the input to signal common. The Dual Signal Limiter provides high and low limits, select/limit, and limit/select functions.

The SQR2000-750 Square Root Extractor replaces the obsolete Bailey Type 750 square root extractor while retaining the functions of the Bailey module, and is available in a Nuclear Qualified model.
The SQR2000-750 produces a 1 to 5 V dc output signal, which is proportional to the square root of a
1 to 5 V dc input signal, and is used to convert the signal from a differential pressure transmitter, which measures the pressure drop across an orifice, to a signal proportional to flow. The transfer characteristic is expressed by: % OUTPUT = 10 √(% INPUT).
The SQR2000-750 is manufactured with a jumper-selectable low level cut-off feature, which is adjustable from 0 % to 30 % of output span. This feature is used to eliminate undesirable output signals at low input levels.

The SUM2000-752 Four-Input Summer replaces the obsolete Bailey Type 752 summer while retaining the functions of the Bailey module.
The SUM2000-752 accepts input signals and adds or subtracts those signals from each other to obtain an output signal of 1 to 5 V dc that is proportional to the sum or difference of the input signals. The SUM2000-752 is available with two, three, or four inputs, and its summation circuitry can perform the following functions:
- Add or subtract a common bias voltage to or from the applied input signals
- Scale each individual input signal, (0 to 1), to put the input variables into identical units for addition or subtraction
- Multiply the net result by an adjustable constant, (0.25 to 10)
- Add or subtract an output bias voltage.
The SUM2000-752 provides improved accuracy and drift specifications, and jumper-selectable level “auctioning” at all inputs. Front panel test jacks are provided for: input voltages before and after scaling; input bias voltage; fine gain voltage; signal output; and common voltage. Adjustments for scaling of each input, fine gain, and output bias are accessible through the face plate.
